Kriya is a Sanskrit term that refers to a series of actions completed to attain a specific goal. We want to bring this philosophy of drive and initiative into our work with women in developing nations. Women in third world countries experience inherent disadvantages and adversity, making them a vulnerable population within their own countries. We want to see a world where all women have an equal opportunity to achieve their fullest potential as celebrated individuals. Women form the backbone of our society and Kriya hopes to provide a platform to empower them.
